Your body talks,
TrakRun listens.
Train with insight, relative to you. Most apps just push you to do more — TrakRun reads every signal you already record, from any app, and tells you when to push and when to hold back. The goal isn’t this week’s miles. It’s keeping you running for years.

How it works
The running app that tells you when to stop.
Every morning TrakRun reads your recovery, training load and recent runs, then gives you one clear call for the day — with a single line of reasoning, grounded in your own data. No streak guilt. No red-alert warnings. Just a coach that’s on your side.
- Rest is framed as progress, never failure.
- Recovery always overrides the streak.
- Every recommendation shows the why, then stops.
- The only benchmark is your own history.

You're recovered and ready. Good day for the hard one.
Your load's climbing faster than you're recovering. Ease off today and Thursday's session will land better.
Yesterday took it out of you. Keep today easy — 30 minutes or rest.
No run today. Letting this heal is the fastest way back to the start line.
The all-in-one workout app
We work with your favourite apps — not against them.
Whatever you train with, TrakRun reads it — providing insight you won’t find anywhere else. If it writes to Apple Health, it lands in TrakRun: no migrating your history, no starting again, no picking a side.
Apple Health
The pipe it all flows through — workouts, heart rate, HRV and sleep
Apple Watch
Wrist-recorded runs, live and after
Strava
Strava runs arrive through Apple Health, badged as Strava

TrakRun

Readiness
How ready am I to train?
One number for the day, and the receipts behind it. TrakRun shows exactly what moved your score — recovery, your last session, fatigue, warning signs — in points against a neutral day.
- Scored against your own 2–3 month baseline
- Every contributing factor is itemised and explained
- Ready · Caution · Low, with the reasoning shown

Your Coach
Readiness, load and next move.
Push, adapt or recover — TrakRun makes the call each week and tells you why in plain English, reading readiness, training load, sleep and pace together rather than one metric at a time.
- Load vs normal, so a big week never sneaks up on you
- Sleep and pace trends compared to your 4-week average
- “What stands out” — the one thing worth knowing today

Run Analysis
The full story behind every run.
Pattern-based signals turn each session into coaching: what it cost, what it built, and what to do next. Pace zones are derived from your own predicted 5K, so the targets are yours — not a generic table.
- HRV and recovery mismatch against your baseline
- Pace consistency, negative splits and effort control
- Six pace zones built from your current fitness

Workouts
See exactly where you went.
Every run is mapped with per-kilometre splits, so you can relive the route and spot where you sped up, eased off, or hit the hills.
- GPS route maps for every workout
- Per-km splits, pace, heart rate and calories
- Full history, sorted and searchable

Achievements
Your records, at every distance.
Fastest, longest and elevation — TrakRun puts your top three on a podium at every distance from 1K up, and shows exactly how far behind your best the other two sit.
- A podium for every distance, with the gap to your PB
- Full history by year, newest first, with the pace that earned it
- Measured against your past self — never a leaderboard

Goals
Goals that fit how you actually run.
Set distance, pace, duration, longest-run or consistency goals and watch them fill up. Pro unlocks unlimited goals and AI-suggested targets based on your training.
- Distance, pace, duration & consistency goals
- Clear progress rings and monthly targets
- Unlimited goals with TrakRun Pro

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Not yet — TrakRun is coming soon to the App Store, so there's nothing to install today. When it goes live it'll be free to start, and this page will link straight to it.
TrakRun runs on iPhone (iOS 18.5 or later) with a companion Apple Watch app. You can record a run from either device, and everything syncs together automatically.
No. Your iPhone tracks GPS, distance, pace and route on its own. An Apple Watch adds wrist-based recording and live heart rate, and syncs back to your phone when you finish.
Yes — that's the point of it. TrakRun reads Apple Health, so anything that writes there lands in TrakRun: Strava, Runna, WHOOP and the rest, alongside whatever you record in the app itself. Duplicates are merged, each workout keeps its original source badge, and every insight is calculated across the whole set — so it doesn't matter which app you started the run in.
Through Apple Health. If Strava is connected to Apple Health, the runs you record there flow into TrakRun automatically and keep their Strava badge, so they count towards your load, readiness and records like any other run. There's nothing to set up in TrakRun beyond granting Health access. TrakRun does not upload runs to Strava.
With your permission TrakRun reads your workouts, heart rate and related metrics from Apple Health. That data is then synced to TrakRun's own servers over an encrypted connection, because the recovery scores, run analysis and trends are calculated there and follow you across your iPhone and Apple Watch. Your data is private to your account — never public, never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with data brokers. You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time.
Recording runs, route maps, splits, history, basic stats, mood and injury logging, and up to two goals are free forever. TrakRun Pro unlocks Readiness, Your Coach, Run Analysis, training-load analysis, pace zones, period comparisons and unlimited goals.
Because recovery is where fitness actually sticks. When your load is climbing faster than you're recovering — or you've logged an injury — TrakRun will suggest an easy day or rest, with one line explaining why. Recovery always overrides a streak.
Never. The only benchmark is your own history. Every insight and achievement is measured against your past self, not a leaderboard.
Yes. TrakRun Pro is a standard App Store subscription — manage or cancel it anytime from your Apple account settings. Your free features keep working.
Almost ready to run.
TrakRun is coming soon to the App Store — you can’t download it just yet. When it lands it’s free to start: no ads, no pressure, just the coach that knows when to hold you back.
